How soon can I get the product?
Sample time is around 7-15 days. Production time is around 15-25 days for paper product, while for wooden product is around 45-50 days.

What is MOQ?
MOQ depends on product. MOQ for display stand is 50 set. For wooden box is 500pcs. For paper box and leather box is 1000pcs. For paper bag is 1000pcs.

Can you provide me with free samples?
In general, we will charge for sample, but sample charge can be refunded in mass production if order amount exceed USD10000. But for some paper product, we can send you free sample which were made before or we have stock. You just need to pay shipping cost.

Can you make customized design packaging for me?
Sure. We mainly produce customized packaging box and display stand, and rarely have stock. We can make customized design packaging according to your requirement, such as size, material, color, etc.
